SMS Communication Privacy Policy

KRS IT Consulting is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering IT support and consulting services to our clients. As part of our commitment to responsive communication, we are introducing SMS (text messaging) as an additional method of contact between our support team and client end-users.

Purpose of SMS Communication:

We will use SMS solely to:

• Provide real-time updates on active IT support tickets.
• Request clarifying information or follow-ups related to ongoing technical issues.
• Notify users of appointment scheduling or service-related reminders.

Data Privacy and Security:

• Limited Use: SMS will only be used for client support purposes. Mobile information, and mobile opt-in information, will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
• No Sensitive Data: Please do not send passwords, personally identifiable information, protected health information, financial data, or other sensitive content via text message.

Limitation of Liability:

KRS IT Consulting is not liable for any damages or data breaches resulting from the transmission of sensitive information via SMS.

Opting In and Out:

• Clients and end-users will be asked to opt in to SMS communications.
  You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message received from us.
